- Choose a location and tell us what you’re looking for
First, select the city where you want to rent an apartment – currently, we offer properties in three locations:
- Warsaw – Praga Południe (Gocław),
- Warsaw – Włochy,
- Wrocław – City Center (Traugutta Street).
Then you can browse the available apartment types in each development – from compact studios to spacious 2- and 3-room apartments. On the page for each type, you will find real photos taken in our actual apartments – no renderings, no tricks. We don’t show individual units because we tailor offers individually to your preferences.
Fill out a short application form where you provide:
- number of rooms,
- preferred budget,
- planned move-in date,
- expected rental duration.
That’s all – no need to sign or commit to anything yet.

After submitting the form, one of our advisors will call or write to you to:
- offer available apartments matching your criteria,
- answer all your questions,
- schedule a viewing – either in person or online, depending on your convenience.
We do not charge any commission or extra fees – you rent directly from the owner.
- Verification – fast, discreet, and online
Before signing the contract, we will ask you to complete a tenant verification via simpl.rent – a modern, secure service that:
- confirms your identity (e.g., via online banking or ID document),
- checks whether your income covers the rent (at least twice the sum of monthly payments),
- analyzes your payment and credit history in databases like BIG, KRD, ERIF, and others.
The whole process takes a few minutes and is fully online.
Don’t have a steady income or are you a student? You can complete verification together with a guarantor – e.g., a parent or partner.
And if you don’t have such a person but regularly receive income to your bank account (e.g., from part-time jobs, scholarships, family support), contact us. We will try to find a solution tailored to your situation.
- You receive the draft contract – everything clear, no fine print
Before signing, we send you the full rental contract – no hidden clauses or confusing terms. It includes, among others:
- rent amount and utility advances,
- payment terms and security deposit return conditions,
- rental duration and extension procedure.
This way, you can calmly read the document and consult it with loved ones if needed.
- Move into a ready-to-live apartment
All Urban Home apartments are fully equipped and furnished – from furniture, kitchen, and bathroom fittings to appliances. No need to invest in a washing machine, fridge, or bed – just bring your suitcase.
